When will I receive my order?

 

We have 2 warehouses: 1 in the US and 1 in Australia.

Shipping takes 1 to 5 business days for processing.

Your order will be shipped out locally.

Once your order has been processed, the delivery times are between 2 to 8 working days.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a link to track your order which indicates an estimated delivery date.

 

Does my product come under warranty?

 

All our products come under warranty when purchased directly through our website. If you would like to submit a warranty claim, please ensure your email includes the following:

- Order number or your proof of purchase showing the date and item purchased

- Your shipping address

- Photos of the damage

 

How do I cancel my order?

 

All cancellation requests must be emailed to support@suplines.com. The subject line of your email should read “Cancel Order #####”.

Please include your order number in both the subject line of your email as well as the body of your email.

Once your order has been cancelled, we are unable to reactivate that same purchase again, so please be sure to only email a cancellation request if you are sure that you do not wish to proceed with your order.

Orders can only be cancelled before processing.

No cancellations or changes can be made to orders that were sent prior your contact.

Once your order has been cancelled, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will be processed through your original method of payment.

Refunds are placed immediately, however, they may take 1 - 10 business days to be processed by your banking institution and returned to your account.
